this is a view from the basement stairs. you can see the towels wrapped around the drain pipe to force water in that direction. two dead monitors sit on the floor. they remained dry along with the clothes dryer and power outlets. the carpet is soaked and i can only hope to dry it out properly to prevent mold and fungi. the far left is the shelving units containing most of the computers. on the right are 200lb speaker cabinets salvaged from a movie theater.
